JACKSONVILLE, FL—Iesha Mashonda Brown, 43, formerly of Whiteville, died Saturday, February 28, 2026, at Ascension St. Vincent’s Riverside Hospital in Jacksonville, FL.

The funeral will be 3:00 PM Tuesday, March 10, at Cedar Grove Baptist Church, 4604 Joe Brown Highway North, Whiteville, NC.  Burial will be in the Maxfield Cemetery.

Viewing will be at Peoples Funeral Chapel Monday from 4:00 to 6:00 PM and at the church Tuesday following the service.

Surviving are her daughter, Shaybreon Brown of Jacksonville, FL; sons, Jahsaiah Cartwright, Marley Cartwright, and Raheed Cartwright of the home; mother and stepfather, Brenda and Waredell Reaves of Whiteville; sister, Sharonda Ford of Suffolk, VA.
